I used to always be at least in the top 3 in Halo in LAN parties with 30 people in my computer class in high school.

halo pisses me off because the only people i ever get to play with are expert halo experts who pretty much grew up playing it on XBOX...
needless to say, my PC FPS skills don't quite translate to a console game i've never played through where everyone has the advantage of having the maps pre-burned into their brains... so i generally just fuck around, trying to get killed in hilarious ways... they think I suck at video games since all they can manage to play is halo and they immediately go for the kill instead of going for amazing flare kills...
pistol sniping is really not as impressive as one may think... also screen looking is cheap and I refuse to use it as a tactic.
it's their loss really, i try to provide the antics any good halo game needs, but they are too busy inflating their collective halo peen to truly enjoy it.
