That's an interesting stance when you consider that there is zero evidence to the existence of a god.
It's rational to not believe in something when there is no evidence to support that particular belief. It's actually quite insane to believe something without any evidence to support it.

Being certain there's no God would make someone a gnostic atheist, and I've never met one myself. Every atheist I know is agnostic atheist. Certainty God doesn't exist is just as arrogant as certainty He does.

Nice strawman. I never said rejecting the belief was arrogant, but those who profess 100% certainty the unicorn doesn't (or does) exist are arrogant. It is reasonable to say it's extremely unlikely the unicorn exists, but not that it certainly doesn't. @previous (E)
Yes. Agnostic "a-fairyist". I don't think they exist, but am I *certain* they don't exist? No. Certainty either way is wrong.

I prefer to think of it as a straw unicorn, thank you very much.
Anyway, my point is that unfair emphasis is placed on god here. While it's sometimes seen as unreasonable to completely reject or even strongly reject god's existence, nobody would bat an eye at a complete rejection of an invisible unicorn.
