Well you guys, my Dad's being kind of an asshole and demanding things from me, and so for hilarity's sake I figured I might enter his phone and e-mail into websites that would be sure to spam/telemarket the living hell out of him. However I'm not totally sure which sites are best for that.

That's a lovely idea, and many of you are so witty, and have so much free time on your hands. It would be a shame to use such a pragmatic resource, if it wasn't for one minor, yet potentially catastrophic flaw. There's a fair chance that one of you would call my Dad, and simply say something like "Oh, your son wanted me to spam you" And now I'm the one in question. At this point, that's not really what I'm looking for. Perhaps a good "Don't fuck with me" once he's really good and tired of the spam, but that isn't until much, much later.

What a silly, childish thing to do. Here are some suggestions:
Coupon sites, newspapers and magazines with a paywall, contest and sweepstakes sites, and sites that offer free trials are all good. Just about any major brand or franchise has some sort of sign up at their website. Start clicking all those "win a free X" ads. Start a dummy email account, turn off the spam filter, and start responding to spam.
Do a little each day when you are bored. If you can get your browser to autofill some of the forms, it may cut down on the work. It'll probably take a good amount of work to really get a good flood going.
