Wow. I must have gotten over 10 hours of sleep. Restaurant work is freaking exhausting. Anyone else here work in an upscale kitchen? Also, do you find that you dream more, or less, when you are completely exhausted?

My DR get's terribly wishy-washy when I don't sleep enough, until a certain point where my dreams become very long and colourful when I finally DO get some sleep.
It's strange.

Interesting. I find that mine become very long, very frightening, but also very sexual. Last night in my dreams, I was chased around by ghosts, but then a bunch of cute young chicks gav me handjobs in the haunted house lol.

Sexual dreams are generally detrimental to my lucidity in the sense that it is too easy to submit to them instead of the other way round, which is why I've put a Censor into place.
Nightmares normally trigger at least a low level of lucidity because (naturally) I don't want to spend my entire night having them.

Fascinating! So, do you usually achieve lucidity? I achieve it quite often, but while I know I am dreaming, I still cannot bring myself to do some things, like rape or murder.

If I go to sleep early or wake up some time after midnight to practice WBTB, then yes.
