Does anyone really find that appealing?
So often I see young men dressed like that and I can't help but bust out in uncontrollable laughter. But most of the time I see them with a fairly attractive woman!
Though many white and Latinos embrace this style, I know it's mainly associated with the black/hip hop culture. Though I'm black, i just don't get it.

Actually the trend was started by bratty rich kids who's parents sent to elite reform school. It was a form of rebellion against mandatory uniforms. The were required to wear the uniform, but being spoiled brats they choose to so disrespectfully.
