YOU: Attractive Blk Male, Blk Jean & Jacket, Had your 4-Dr Crystler parked in the Handicap parking at Safeway. Noticed you looking at me while inside Safeway, then again as I pulled out of my parking spot by you. Then you drove down to Dicks Sporting goods and got out of your car to check your tires.
ME: Mixed dude, white Nissan Maxima 4-Dr, was by the soups in Safeway and then passed you in the parking lot.
