Christ on a bike, I tried to narrow it down to five but I just can't. These aren't even in order:
Great Divide (Yeti)
Deschutes (Abyss(!), Black Butte, most of their brews are pretty great actually)
Anderson Valley (Boont Amber)
Unibroue (Fin du Monde, Maudite)
Chimay (Bleue & Blanche)
Ninkasi (Spring Reign, Sleigh'r, Total Dom)
Rogue (Morimoto & others, plus I love their branding)
Dogfish Head (x Minute IPAs)
Russian River (Pliny the Elder; the Younger's mighty fine too)
Laurelwood (Space Stout, Red)
Widmer (Broken Halo, Hefe is passable)
Rainier (honorable mention as #1 fave cheap swill)
I won't even get started on sours or lambics. Or cider. :3 Forgive me nerding out, beer is so very good. I can't help it.
