The definition of "Allusion" because I know you're an ignorant lazy cunt who can't even search for himself, from wikipedia:
"An allusion is a figure of speech that makes a reference to, or representation of, people, places, events, literary work, myths, or works of art, either directly or by implication." There's the magic word you're so desperately looking for: "reference to".
"Literary Allusions: Abusing Allusions": the page talks about how incorrectly referenced allusions are retarded as fuck and completely destroy the credibility of the writer.
"A faulty allusion might impress someone who has no idea what you’re writing about, but it will destroy the credibility of your entire piece for someone who can catch the mistake."

Talking about "Allusion" which is just ONE type of "reference". This is EXACTLY the situation we have here. OP is alluding to FALLOUT, but is entirely incorrect so:

See that last line? Let me quote it for you again because of how stupid you are, and how you keep missing the point of my posts:

OP gives examples of aspects of war that DO change, and then he says "war never changes" because he thinks it's clever. But it's fucking wrong in the worst way possible. It is supposed to be his CONCLUSION, but it's so far off the mark that it makes him sound like a tard (which is what the TA is talking about).
Again, this is exactly the type of reference made here, and is so bloody obvious that it can be used incorrectly.
