is the fact that they're more of a mixed race. Much like African Americans, White Americans have nearby Native American and Black blood in them. Europeans generally are less mixed of a population racially.

So is that the reason White Americans generally more attractive than Europeans?

They generally aren't.
Also, those of Southern European descent are more likely to be mixed than someone from the Upper Midwest USA.
And attractiveness is subjective.

at the same time young american teens have such bad fashion, they dress like little kids. I hate it. I blame it on the lack of uniforms at school, which encourage kids to have lots of cheap, ugly clothing, as opposed to uniform countries, which have fewer, but more expensive, higher quality clothes.
