Topic: Wtf is going on with Steam?

I launched Minecraft with it and when I closed it.
Steam still says I am playing it and now I cannot restart it because I have to close a program I'm not even running.
I tried Ctrl+alt+delete, but I don't see Minecraft in processes.
What the fuck?
