In all seriousness, try removing any unnecessary components and then reboot. If that doesn't work try removing your RAM and use a different stick each time you start up.
If none of your RAM works borrow some RAM from a nearby computer that works and try starting up with that, if it doesn't work then try a different power supply.
If it works then use process of elimination to figure out what component went bad.

ok. what kind of pc is it? (like mac or dell or w/e)
check that all your ide cables are in place and reseat your ram. if that doesnt work try running it without the external graphics card (that might be breaking it). if that doesnt work then pull out the ram and try running it to see if it makes a beep.. if it does this is good. if it doesn't, worst case scenario is your motherboard is fucked and you will have to replace it.

I really wish I had treated my macbook better over the past four years.
It has crashed. Twice. It does occasionally give me problems, and it's not perfect. It's put up with a lot of bullshit, but it's almost time for a new one.

My computer suddenly started working again and all I did was unplug it then left it.
When I turned it back on, it worked. Have no idea what happened.
