Topic: Was Count Dooku a Progressive?

Anonymous A started this discussion 15 years ago #15,925

I think his views on the republic would indicate that he was a progressive.

Thoughts?

Yes, he was a progressive. The Rebels were libertarians.

Confederacy = Libertarians
Empire = Neo-Cons
Rebel Alliance = Progressives

I'd say that the rebels were fairly libertarian, they wanted liberty as in they wanted to be free from the empire's oppression. I'd agree with you about the Confederacy though. Ostensibly they wanted the same thing but from the Republic.

The Jedi are pretty damn stuck up for 'progressives'.
They more or less hi-jacked the rebellion because they're too strong a force (no pun intended) to ignore.

Force Sensitives all around, but none with any training to have anything more than what they thought was just exceptional luck.
