Yeah, I got bored and checked it out. The guy he confronts is wearing a LBCC (Long Beach City College) Vikings Football shirt, and the surrounding shops match up with the guy coming out of the Walmart in City Place Shopping Center in Long Beach. Google street view matches up too.
