No enter key on the phone... when I type in the text, it focuses on the text bar, and hitting "enter" has the same effect as in any other text editing, goes to the next row. And when I press "done" it unfocuses from the text input and well, does nothing...

So a submit button would do wonders, cheers!

Web pages making sounds are annoying so it'd have to be a toggle option, and normally would require flash though I might just do something with the html5 audio API but that wouldn't work on all browsers/devices.

Not really, it's a realtime chat system and it'd be awkward if the servers would be forced to keep logs for playback. If you want to keep tabs on what happens while you're not around you should set up a bouncer to do that for you.

Yes it is, but to do it the proper way I'd have to modify the server, which I'm not planning to do. To do it I'd have to have a bot that always stays in the channel log everything, and then play that back to people who connect through the webchat.
