I was referring to his implication that modern video games are far less difficult, and many of them are, even for some good reasons.
Also, neckbeard types love modern gaming, it gives them something to argue about online.

I just think of emulation as a natural tool for separating the few good games from all the shit.
If the games are great people demand them on alternate platforms, developers are inspired to fix bugs, and all the rest it takes to make it happen. But when the games are total shit, nobody cares to fix bugs and they run like hell.
Games that run solid on emulators ARE the best computer games of all time. It's very obvious why that's only logical.
