you only need a little bit, you won't be breathing it long. 30 seconds with your head in a trashbag, then you black out. 1 small trashbag, 1-2 easywhip canisters, or just buy whipped cream in a can and use that. Maybe 2-3, but really, you don't need a huge volume of gas.

it may only take 30 seconds to pass out but it can take up to around 10 minutes to die
you can still rip the bag off your head while unconscious if you start suffocating (ie you didnt use enough gas and the bag is clinging tightly to your face or O2 gets in and you turn it into CO2)
