Java is a plugin and therefore can be blocked by Chrome/Opera via on-demand plugin feature. Unfortunately, html5 video does NOT get blocked by this so when YouTube decides to try and slip me a few HTML5-player videos while being opted-out of the HTML5 beta, it autoplays and scares the everloving fuck out of me.
