I know that no one would like that law, and there is a very careful line that needs to be walked with regards to rights, too. The world would really be better off if people had fewer kids, and the kids that were born weren't doomed from before birth to die in a ghetto or worse.

If they have the time, the financial resources and the love it takes to care for their children who cares how many they have. As long as they're raising productive members of society they are welcome to have is many children as they wish. The children all seem to be happy and very well mannered. Some people have a hard time controlling 1 child and this family is managing just fine with 19 and what in the hell does africa have to do with the Duggars?

That happens when the whatever country you're referring to has economic development and becomes an MEDC.
