I know I'm gonna get some shitposts on here, but I genuinely don't know the stories behind these names that keep cropping up here and on Tinychan/Minichan. Kimmo Alm I know of (he is the reason I ended up on these boards after his site went down), but the rest I don't. I haven't been browsing these boards for very long. And I know I'm not alone, there are others who don't know who these people are.
So please, could at least 1 person briefly explain who the following people are.
1. Matt Miller (the Encyclopedia Dramatica article is written in such a piss-taking way - admittedly very funny - that it doesn't actually say who the hell he is and what connected he has to these boards.
2. Becky - no idea who she is, if indeed she is a 'she'. But her name crops up a lot here.
3. Tripych - again, the ED article mentions her in connection to Matt Miller, but what connection does 'she' have to these boards?
4. Jan - this name has cropped up here and there, he started Tinychan, right?
There may be other names, but I'll see how this goes first, as I said this may well just get one or 2 daft and unhelpful comments.

Actually I posted this jointly both here and on Laghouls :) And reading the stuff he writes there doesn't help me to understand who the hell this guy actually is! I'd like to know what his connection is to these boards. I have read that he actually started the ghoul site...but half the posts on there are taking the piss out of him, so it's kind of odd.
And over there (I mean on the ghoul site) they say that 'Becky' is a vehemently anti-pedo mod...who used to moderate AnonTalk! Not syaing that's true, but it's what somebody said. Again, if true, something of a contradiction, no?
