My friend is Buddhist but he believes in god. He understands that Buddhists don't believe in a "god", but said he believes in another religion that does. How can you believe in two religions that contradict one another? Thats fuckin odd to me.

there are different branches of Buddhismso essentially you should think of your friend as Pierce from Community
