I am quite aware of that. But the point still stands that the 6850 at the price of 100EUR is quite good and that you should consider it.

yes, dw is considering buying a gtx card, which is made by Nvidia and as such would be an unwise purchase.

NVIDIA is quite good so long as you stay away from the GF100 range. The drivers are also quite fantastic (with 196.75 as a big exception).
