Population control will go after people before and while they are capable of reproduction, not after. In fact it does, as abortion is population control device. Curbing reproduction into the future is the whole fucking point. The benefits of going after people beyond reproductive age is marginal.

What you don't realize, is they won't be coming physically after the youth who can still procreate, instead, the chemicals that we are ingesting daily will be used as sterilization tools. I would suggest anyone interested in the global eugenics conspiracy to look into the document Codex Alimentarius, the new global guidebook to the new health and nutrition. It labels all nutrients as poisons and regulates the food production, putting a federal stamp on growth hormones and other toxic additions to our plant and animal food sources.
We can't forget that the interest of the national and international eugenics is what will win in the end, but there is a slight chance to change things. I've researched it and Codex doesn't even qualify as a conspiracy, it's fully documented and accessible. It's only out of the news because so many doctors refuse to challenge it. So if there is a conspiracy it's in the medical community. Either that or Doctors just don't pay attention to macro level health issues such as this anymore.
Anyhow, the elite eugenicists have been led to believe they'll be safe only to secure financing from them. However, the scientists devising these solutions know damn well how resilient life is, and they know it will be entirely necessary to target 100% of the population to have any chance for success in eliminating 90% of it. And that is what they'll be aiming for to keep the oil from running out. Rest assured, they're coming for all of us. The elite just don't know it yet because they must not. It's not because they are special, it's because they're paying the bills. It's necessary to foster a false sense of security among the elite.
