I'm referencing specifically Canada, the UK, the Netherlands, Australia, and Finland. I am a fluent English speaker. Not counting grades and shit, is it difficult with visas and simply getting there? One issue I foresee cropping up is the distance making visiting and communication difficult.

Just go to McGill. It's in Montreal which feels a hell of a lot more like a foreign country than the other Canada does.
Also, you'll be delighted to find French Canadians have some of the finest cocks in the world. Especially for those of us who prefer white meat. They even claim it was a French Canadian who first spread AIDS to everyone with a super soaker penis.
