It would be a natural progression, or rather a regression of society. Look at Somalia for example, It is a nation that lacks a defined government in most of the countries territory. It is a representation of what an anarchist state would most likely become. Those who are the strongest and have the most resources would dominate and oppress those who lack those resources. Violence, poverty, and death would become an every day occurrence for all of its citizens.
