Topic: Galaxy S II issue
Anonymous A started this discussion 15 years ago #14,492 Basically the touch screen has stopped responding. The three buttons along the bottom and the volume/power button still work, and the clock updates, but the touch doesn't do anything.
I tried taking out the battery and putting it in again and just tried a factory reset, which still doesn't work. What can I do?

here suggest pulling the sim card or trying different chargers.

I've tried the sim card and it uses a micro-usb so it shouldn't make any difference... I've used two wires now anyway so i dunno.
i turned it off and plugged it into the wall charger a few hours ago in case it was a battery thing after all
