Okay, it happens quite often, when downloading a file from P 2 P, when it shows 99.75 or 99.90
downloaded...it suddenly stops. Why is this?

Uploader fucked up the torrent, no one will ever complete. Best you could do is force recheck, but it's most likely not gonna do shit.
