Really? Do you take any supplements? I started taking b6. Not everyday. I was looking into ones that also help trigger lucid dreams.
I've tries to WILD many times, but have not had success. I rarely have had time to do it in the best conditions though.
Any tips?

Calea tea seems to improve the colour, but also the speed of the dream which makes it end up looking like broken church windows; intense, but lacking any kind of structure.
...come to think of it, I still should have some around, together with some Yauthli which definitely improves the taste.

Why, sure. ;-)
Learn to meditate, and learn the principles behind the state.
Have some kind of repetitive noise playing; a fan is ideal.
One very neat trick I like to recommend is learning to hear your own heartbeat.
This requires complete focus inwards, tuning out most other perceptions.
I've even been so far as to be able to slow it down or speed it up at will--lol useless ability is useless.
Last but not least; WBTB + WILD is the way to go unless you've mastered the technique or are seriously sleep/dream deprived.

I'v seen this happening. We have 7yrs old twins in school and they "communicate". On one occasion the older of the two dashed from class saying his brother was hurt. His brother was found in the toilets having slipped and split his head open. There have been several instances like this.
