Bethesda probably would have called it SkyCraft if they had won the lawsuit against Mojang

My thieving, backstabbing, jewish lizard is now level 12, and doing quite well financially I might add. He's also already a level 45 sneak, which is pretty appropriate I would think.
I will run out of points if I continue to make him jewish, so i have to leave some points out of light armor so he'll be easy to kill. Also, very appropriate.

But then Mojang would have sued them and there was never a lawsuit over the Minecraft name. It was for Scrolls.

Why didn't blizzard sue them for using X-craft? Warcraft, starcraft, World of Warcraft, starcraft 2... I mean, the fuck? Either blizzard is waiting for them to make money before they sue, or they don't give a shit about some small indie developer. But, I bet if they straight up called it Warcraft or something mojang would have been sued. I mean shit, they got sued for using the word scrolls. I would think that minecraft would be, like, obviously taking advantage of name recognition or some other legal shenanigans.
And shit, I'm also surprised blizzard didn't call diablo devilcraft or something.
