Alright, so in several of my classes, whenever I have a problem with something, I ask the instructor for advice. For some reason, several of my instructors think it is ok to rub their fingers all over the screen of my expensive macbook. That seems completely rude to me, you can point at something without touching the screen. The screen is now scratched up from where one of my professers with long fingernails tried to help me pick photos for an assignment.
