Five people of varying background.
For example, a middle-class single mother, an upper middle class bachelor, a self-entitled college kid, an illegal Mexican immigrant, and a black man struggling in the projects.
I would bring them all together in one room. Bound up, of course.
I would pick one and attach them to the wall by nailing their palms into the wall. I'd have to do something about their ankles...Manacles?
Anyways, that one would be skinned. Very slowly. They wouldn't be gagged, of course, the screams would be half the beauty.
After they've been skinned, I'll just leave them there in their agony. If they die of blood loss, fantastic. If not, I'll go back and finish them off later.

...As much as I'd like to elaborate, I have a story to write. ._.

I would probably choose to die. I would not even kill condemned criminals or the terminally ill. It's not that I'm a very moralistic person, I just could not pass up the chance to martyr myself for the welfare of others. Take that as you will.
