March was the timeframe I read. Unlikely it'll get overturned imo, and it could just be pieces-parts that are overturned anyway. The part about kids <26 staying on parents' health insurance is not really in dispute.

The state doesn't "allow" drug companies to make obscene profits. It enables them. A free market in healthcare would drive prices right down.
