Making pork chops and I never cook, so help me out. I'm gonna marinate them in a Ginger soy sauce marinade I will make, and then cook them in a pan an put them over udon noodles.

Ketchup is not to be used as a cooking ingredient unless you're making Omurice or to give a sauce from fresh tomatoes a more "modern" feel.

I went with a thai sweet and sour chili sauce. I couldn't figure out what else would be good. I don't know what to make with it. Ill have to make another trip to the store anyway though, because I forgot ginger. Would a stir-fry work? I am clueless completely as to what goes well with what except steak and potatos, eggs and hashbrowns, chicken and broccoli, and pasta and EVERYTHING.
