It's just good old rule 34 in the early stages. But I guarantee you at least some people have already jizzed themselves (even without the nude mod) over skyrim.

The 3d map mod is pretty cool, but only works around your character. Places further away are simply non-existant on the map or filled with holes. Would be pretty neat if it didn't do that.
