No, it's not the same. Going to facebook to hunt chicks is pathetic, stalkerish, and more than a little gay. Chicks in bars are looking to interact with men, chicks on facebook are looking to interact with other chicks.
A better analogy would be going to craft stores and bridal showers to pick up chicks. Something that would be incredibly creepy and or faggy, no?
