It's hard to get excited about off-cycle elections usually, but Ohio has a couple interesting issues -- a bill that would limit union bargaining rights, and a proposed (state) amendment to prohibit government mandates on health care. The first (issue 2) is likely to fail, the second (issue 3) will probably pass, based on previous polling.

tbh I haven't been following it that closely, but I would think so? Apparently it'll be announced by Monday what if any cases they'll hear on this. Certainly they have to, but not sure of the politics behind the timing.

No. I likely won't vote unless there is a particular issue on the ballot I care about. I don't care for elected officials. I have no hope in our government after Obama. It doesn't matter who we elect , they're gonna keep killing people. Eventually the world will have enough of us.
