Fertility rates are dropping, wealth is highly concentrated, and there's no hope. When it gets this bad, you can't fix things through good policy. You need war. Either a revolution or a war between nations but you need war to destroy wealth so new wealth can be created and serve as a source of energy for the nation. It sucks to think about but we might need WW3 to save the world ironically.

The answer depends on what you consider a "Large scale conflict". My answer would be to make womens privileges conditional on performing the exact same responsibilities that men do, while also to stop pretending that browns are people. Those two changes would get the solutions flowing very quickly.
...but most people that ask OPs question suffer from intense cognitive dissonance and/or operate under philosophically flawed foundations, and in such cases i would say no, we must burn everything to the ground in an utterly pointless orgy of violence and bloodshed that would bring khorne and slaanesh great satisefaction, so that is the most likely occurance.

How exactly does that fix things? Literally nothing would change other than making things a bit harder for women.

If you're going to suggest the possibility of limiting the rights of women, just go all in and take away their rights to vote and be legally employed. At least you'd be opening up jobs for men
