what you need to do is act super depressed for like, 2 weeks. try crying some, and then tell them you get picked on some at school. Then, find self-esteem and self-worth through the activities you routinely enjoy, and then go back to your old base-line self and your dad will think you've "really turned around in the last few weeks."
