You really have to wonder how much power Elon actually holds at this point between the whole DOGE thing, him restricting starlink access in Ukraine, and now this
South Africa doesn’t have nuclear weapons, but they have enough uranium to make around 10 nuclear warheads. The US doesn’t attack South Africa despite the fact that Trump accused South Africa of genocide against white people, but we attack Iran. Do you think this says anything about the actual state of Iran’s nuclear program or am I reading too much into things in your view?

Also before the war in Iran broke out, Russia, China, and Iran partnered with South Africa to do naval exercises in Cape Town. But the US doesn’t even suggest attacking South Africa even after all of that.

I think regardless of whether or not Iran had secret nukes before, they'll 100% want them now. How else do you stop the US/Israeli attacks?

I agree with that. However, I’m just wondering, South Africa doesn’t have nuclear weapons, but they have enough enriched uranium and they’re at a level of technical sophistication that they could assemble nuclear weapons fairly quickly, but the United States does absolutely nothing. The US says Iran is close to nuclear weapons or was close to nuclear weapons, so they attacked Iran. What if Iran actually wasn’t close to nuclear weapons? Because the US isn’t even talking about attacking South Africa even though Trump accused South Africa of genocide, he hasn’t said anything at all about attacking South Africa. It’s suspicious.

Attacking Iran was never really about nukes. Israel just wants less competition in the region so they can do what they want (aka expanding Israel's borders with minimal pushback.

Israel’s population is just way too small to ever actually hold significantly more territory than they already do. Whatever AI weapons they invent aren’t going to fix that for them. Plus if they did, the Middle East is a desert. It’s not like they’re going to have endless farmland.

Well they're supposed to be expanding mandatory military service to the Ultra Orthodox in Israel who've historically been exempt but we'll see. Those Ultra Orthodox have a very high birthrate so potentially a lot of soldiers in theory.

They’re still food constrained and even if population growth is exponential, the starting amount still matters. Sub Saharan Africa still also has high birth rates, but they’re starting with over a billion people vs Israel which is only the size of a major city in terms of population.

Honestly this is dumb, but the reason why people think Israel is important is because Jews are in the Bible, and Protestant politicians in the United States have a view that in order to bring the second coming of Christ they need to start WWIII over Israel to fulfill some end times prophecy. Without the support of the US, Israel would be an irrelevant country.

Like I’m not saying that high birth rates couldn’t result in there being more Jews in the world, but by the end of the century, the world is going to be 40% black, it’s not going to be 40% Jewish. If that is a possibility, it will be hundreds of years from now after we all die.

So Bukele has the Haitian gangs shaking in their boots but the gangs are saying the Salvadorian soldiers are already dead which means Bukele is just making up excuses to invade. This story just keeps getting stranger

So what happens when all these AI surveillance networks around the world become connected to the same system? You can have eyes on everybody all around the world at all times.

So the big question is why is Trump waiting? It's been a few days since the election and no big bombing campaign as of yet. Well he could be waiting for talks to progress and we are seeing some progress there or he could be waiting for democrats to take office in January. Why would he wait for January? Well frankly the democrats and trump will have to work together because they both need each other right now. This could be related to the recent Hegseth statement about funding. So the democrats give Trump funding for the war and he agrees to not veto some bills they want passed. So there's a chance things will be quiet until January.
