Is it though? Dell has a reputation as being a sleazy company. They have shipped bad products and had their support trick the customers into believing it wasn't a defect (business customers, too. So these were HUGE accounts). I wonder if these new Z series laptops run super hot and die out fast. Anyone know anything about them? They are really reasonable. Its very obvious they are copying Apple. Even the photos they use mimic the apple default wallpaper.

Stay away from Dell. If you want to get a good PC, get one from Toshiba, ASUS, IBM or HP.

Ive had two dell laptops and had no problems with any of them. My last non self-assembled-PC was a dell, and it was fine. I always built my own from like 2004 on, but I dind't even save that muhc over dell. My parent's cheap dell sucked, but that could have been them downloading tons of adware and shit.
Why do you say stay away from dell? I've heard it, but havent experienced any problems with them.

Dell are the scummiest PC manufacturer of them all. Their computers are actually built to last maybe 4 years tops before breaking down and requiring the customer to buy another Dell.
HP is... alright, but I prefer home built computers. My uncle made my PC for me ten years ago and it still runs now.

I've seen Dells last forever... I won't claim they are the best, but they're not that bad. I suppose almost any manufacturer has had shitty models.

My only experience with Dell is with the computers my school uses. They're all shit. Slow, barely work, very little RAM, falling apart, and outdated software on them. It may just be age, but they're shit.

My work computers are dell and are shit.
I've owned 2 laptops (my brother is still using the one and it's like 5 years old I was using up until last year). My new one works fine. My dell PC was good but, it was my first computer that was mine.
I like dell laptops. I just bought the XPS 15z. I pretty much only upgraded the display to full HD (didn't need anything else. I considered a more powerful graphics card, but the only negative reviews were all about that card, so I got the 1GB version which doesn't seem to have a problem).
Im gonna get AT&T mobile broadband (most likely -- it's overnight shipping free, so I'll research more and get it when my laptop is near). I have fake 4G in my area and anywhere I will travel and soon I should have 4G LTE which is semi-fake 4G (3.9G they call it).
