Sometimes I'll be taking a shit and I'll think to myself "that meal I ate before is coming out of my asshole right now" and it makes me realize I'm a living thing that needs to sustain myself or I'll die. It's a reminder of the daily struggle I was born into as a human and that's so powerful to think about.
