I personally find that term stupid. Like a field happens to be dominated by mostly men because where are the women who would be interested in that sort of work in the first place? So unless all of the executive-level positions are run by men who ensure women cannot partake in a given position(which has been less of a thing in recent years), I personally think that term lazy and a cop out.
