I'm not sure what that one means, but since it's Google, I assume it's related to what people search on the website regarding AT? Considering how everyone from Encyclopedia Dramatica to Urban Dictionary talk about AT being a "pedophile hangout", it's easy to conclude that everyone not going there thinks it's about pedophilia.
I'm basing my conclusion on the simple fact that I visit that website for many years, and while there's lots of pedo stuff, they never were in majority.
