https://indiandefencereview.com/chernobyl-frogs-turning-black-radiation/So its pretty obvious that melanin helps protect against sunlight, but apparently frogs that live in the chernobyl exclusion zone are acclimatizing to the high radiation by niggerizing.
There are also species of fungus that are able to feed off of ionizing radiation in a process that uses melanin somehow.
Humanity would benefit immensely by studying the effects of radiation in niggers and in the obvious cause of them simply not being around to nigger about human populations. Niggers may also be able to be controlled remotely to study the area for longer periods of time than humans are able to.
The one potential downside i can see with this experiment would be in niggers evolving to utilize radiosynthesis themselves, leading to large quantities of "Giga Nigga" specimens, but oh well it'll probably be okay.
