There's what you call a triboelectric series, a ranking of substances that when rubbed are likely to get a great positive charge at one extreme, and a great negative charge at the other. From what I've seen, you want to rub together air and silicone rubber. Well fuck if I can figure out how to do that. Next best to air is skin for fuck sake. Leather will do a trick. It is skin, so. And rabbit fur is commonly used. Next best to silicone rubber is Teflon. Maybe the Teflon is the safer bet because there is too much variation in silicone rubbers out there and maybe you buy a rod of it and it doesn't work as well as it should. So I figure, try an animal skin from your local animal skin shop, or a rabbit fur, and a Teflon rod. It'll look like you are rubbing your cock so maybe see if you can find a Teflon flat stake or plate.
