All the fashion looks very 1980s. I say this as someone who did not exist in the 1980s and has no interest in fashion, so I think it’s safe to say my opinion carriers weight heavier than a mountain.

Or even, if you look at a video from a hundred years ago, everybody was walking down the street wearing a suit and tie. Or politicians for example. Look at every country in the world, black pants, black coat, no originality. No cultural differentiation. Nobody forced it to be that way, politicians just want to be taken seriously, so way back in the day, Europeans used to wear that and they had big empires, so then everybody copied them because that’s what the big boys were doing, and now that Europeans have no empires, everybody’s social anxiety prevents them from ever inventing anything new.
