We shouldn't be growing food outside, there's no reason to expose crops to pollution when you plan to EAT it.
You can stack floors for hydroponics and multiply land value by dozens. Filter the air, control the humidity, and have LEDs emit only what the plant needs for photosynthesis.
Human workers no longer need to deal with the sun when harvesting.
EDIT: And as someone that likes to put the top down on his car and enjoy the stars at night FUCK YOU!
