Topic: Paying with Paypal on Ebay no longer lets you select which card to use

Anonymous A started this discussion 1 hour ago #137,736

It just uses your default card. No warning, nothing. Always used to be, you selected Paypal as your payment method, when you click checkout it would redirect you to Paypal where you pick the card to use and verify your address. Now on Ebay specifically (I literally just bought something on another site a couple days ago) it no longer does this, it just sails right through using your default. A minor inconvenience in my personal case, but imagine you have a maxed out credit card, or a debit card with insufficient funds as your default. You'd be slapped with fees all because Ebay and Paypal decided to try to make life more convenient for you by saving a couple clicks.

Literally every tech product is getting shittier with each passing day.

Use cryptoemporium instead of ebay, and switch to bitcoin. The bond and energy crisis are going to burn what little value is left in the dollar.
