Also it would depend on where the Englishman's pants were beshat. If he shat his pants on the street then that would be hypocrisy, but if the enshittification occurred in his lavatory then it could be argued that the befoulmemt of his pants was an accident; he was no longer in need of such ruined garments, and was merely distributing them to the poor Indians on the street below who could not afford a pair of their own in which to shit.
