Investigators have recovered a suspicious pair of soiled underwear tossed out the window of a multistory building.

A person walking their dog called the London police. The case became ours when the underwear tested positive for copious amounts of blood and semen, much of the latter matching Pakistani and sub-Saharan African DNA types.

Due to the amount of blood and semen intermixed with the prodigious amount of creamy feces, a sex crime is suspected. Anyone with leads is urged to call 999.
