> For the past 4 years I have been working from home in the morning and coming onsite from 11am. This is to allow for me to toilet at home because I have bowel dysfunction that makes it extremely painful to pass a stool (usually takes me about 30mins of deep breathing, using a squatty Potty and a device. Followed up by using a shower rather than wiping - as per my colorectal surgeon) and then I have to lay down for 15 mins to stop the painful spasm by further deep breathing, abdominal massage and relax in to the bed to not trigger any muscles). I had been starting an hour early than my usual start time and having an unpaid toilet break.
Sound bloody awful. I cut off the rest of the thread because its not relevant.
